Direct Taxation

The main objective of introducing Direct Taxation in CMA Inter is to gain knowledge about the direct tax laws in force for the relevant previous year and to provide an insight into procedural aspects for assessment of tax liability for various assessees

About Faculty

CS Saurabh Jain

Saurabh  Jain  is a mentor, trainer, teacher in Delhi. He completed his Company Secretaryship with First division in the papers of Company  Laws, Business Laws, & Economic Laws. He has done L.L.B from campus Law Centre of Faculty of  Law of Delhi university with Specialization in Business, & Corporate Laws.

He did  his Masters in Business  Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangalore with   Specialization in Securities Laws, Banking Laws, Company Laws & Economic Laws. He has mentored  more than 15000 professional students of CMA, CA, CS courses in his career of more than 15 years. He is a member of the Bar council of Delhi and many other professional  Institute & Professional bodies.

He has authored many books on various papers of LAWS for many professional courses like CMA, CS, CA etc.  His books are always sought after by the students preparing for these exams. He is famous among the students for his unique  teaching style which involves using case laws with discussion and reasoning and also using flow charts of difficult concepts.
