2. Student Accounts & Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate personal, academic, and shipping information during checkout and onboarding. Providing false credentials, impersonating another student, or sharing licensed content may result in immediate cancellation of access without refund.

3. Digital License & Device Limits

Video lecture access is licensed for personal educational use only, typically limited to a single activated device unless otherwise stated on the product page. Licenses are non-transferable. Hardware changes may require coordinator approval and identity verification.

4. Shipping of Physical Materials

Physical study materials and pen-drives are shipped from our Delhi office center:

• Dispatches occur within 48-72 hours of payment receipt validation.
• Coordinators enter DTDC courier tracking numbers and URLs in your onboarding portal.
• Standard delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on postal zones. Priyanka Saxena Classes is not liable for transport delays caused by courier service operations.

5. Dispute & Jurisdictional Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of portal purchases or classes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India only.
